Frazer Xia
Frazer has 20 years’ business experience in China and in the US. He began his career in the 1980′s in China and has been on various senior management positions including executive VP of a German MNC in Shanghai, COO/CFO of a large accounting/ERP software company in China, COO of a software company invested by two Fortune 500 companies in China. In his long time service in China, he has established good relationships with the government and many senior figures in the financial and legal services communities. He founded CLC in 2006 and has in the past 5 years brought the firm from a startup to a recognized national brand in China in the area of legal recruiting. He’s been responsible for a numerous successful placements of senior legal professionals to MNCs and foreign law firms in China.
