CLC was established to serve the rapidly growing market for legal professionals in China. CLC has two key differentiators which enable us to serve our clients in China to the highest levels. Firstly, the company is based in Beijing (unlike many of its competitors which have no China office). Secondly, the company can draw on the deep resources of its exclusive alliance partner Mlegal Consulting, Inc. in California, USA to help deliver success for our clients.

CLC was co-founded by Joe Macrae, founder and CEO of Mlegal Consulting Co. and Frazer Xia, a senior management professional with an extensive network in China’s legal circles. CLC specializes in placing lawyers for corporations and law firms, including partners, associates and in-house counsels.
